EAI Shop provides customers with a choice of shipping options to allow them to make an informed decision on how to get their orders in the most cost effective way, whilst in the quickest time possible.
For orders to the UK customers can choose between parcel postage (Royal Mail) and a courier service (City Link Express).
For orders to Europe and the Rest Of World (ROW) customers can choose between parcel postage (Royal Mail) and courier services (DHL).
Royal Mail orders within the UK are shipped by Royal Mail Parcel Postage 1st Class.
City Link Express orders are shipped by CityPacks Zone 1 (UK Mainland only) (10kg max) . This service excludes the Highland Mainland region of Scotland approx North West of a line running north of Glasgow and Aberdeen. This area includes but is not exclusive to these post codes IV3 – IV40, IV52 – IV54, IV63, KW1 – KW14, PA20 – PA40, PH19 – PH40, PH50. A Full list of excluded post codes can be supplied upon request.
DHL orders are shipped via DHL Economy Select Road Service throughout Europe and DHL Economy Select Air Service for the Rest Of World (ROW). The ROW service is offered upon request from the consumer and, unless otherwise requested, for all ROW services Royal Mail Parcel Postage will be offered at checkout. Upon check out customers will be offered the available methods of shipping. The customer must choose which method they prefer and they will be charged accordingly.

For orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri), with secure payment through Worldpay, expected Royal Mail delivery times are;
UK 2 - 3 working days , Europe 4 - 5 working days, Rest Of World 7 - 9 working days. Any parcel for delivery within the UK that is over 3.5kg in weight will automatically be upgraded and sent by City Link Express courier as this is cheaper and faster making it the preferred option for our customers.
Courier prices for City Link Express to the United Kingdom (Mainland) and DHL to Europe Zones 1 to 6 are as follows;

UK - Next working Day before 17:30 , Europe Zone 3 - 2 to 5 working days, Europe Zone 5 - 2 to 5 working days.
The maximum weight for any parcel is capped at 15 kgs after that a second parcel will be packed and charged according to the parcel pricing above. This will be done automatically before checkout and payment. A tare weight is used to calculate packaging in order to give accurate weight readings for pricing of parcels.
Postage is always advertised before purchase and charged for at point of sale. We are proud to have no hidden charges or handling fees. All sale prices are subject to change without prior notice. Availability is subject to stock warehoused and in transit.
